Washington Counties Insurance Fund (WCIF) provides our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through First Choice Health. All eligible employees have access after being enrolled in WCIF benefits.

This plan offers up to 6 face to face confidential sessions at no cost (no co-pay, deductible, or premium) with a qualified clinical expert who can assess your concerns and develop a plan of action. It is available to you, your household members, and children up to age 26.

The plan also offers legal consultations, financial service, identity theft consultations, childcare referrals, eldercare services and home ownership program.
